Transform Your Life with Two Simple Steps

I’ve always been fascinated by transformation — not just change, but true transformation. The kind where a tadpole becomes a frog, a caterpillar becomes a butterfly, or larva turns into a bee. These are examples of complete transformations.

If you want to achieve transformation in your life, there are two key starting points.

The first is to own that you are the author of your story. Your story is your responsibility, so start thinking about what changes you would like to make. Just like writing a book, it will take time and effort to rewrite your story, but commit to regular writing. You will eventually achieve the transformation you desire.

The second starting point is to stop applying temporary fixes to the system and fix the system itself. Instead of constantly debugging your system, commit to fixing it for the long-term.

This simple idea has worked for many people I’ve worked with and can make a big difference in achieving true transformation.

In embracing these two starting points, you can transform your life, rather than simply changing it.
