Business Builder Playbook
Co-designed a best-in-class peer-to-peer program for entrepreneurs and professionals. The Business Builder Playbook builds off of 25 years of research and experience to bring a modernized program to participants who wish to drive revenue and measurable results.
2016 – Present
Coach on the Go™
Designed and led the co-creation and building of Coach on the Go™. A performance platform that guides entrepreneurs through building a high-performance business. The platform acts as a virtual coach for entrepreneurs and business builders.
2016 – 2020
Disruptive Conversations Podcast
Keita interviewed 150+ citizens living their boldness. Initially he was interested in interviewing people working to disrupt a sector or system. In that process he learned so much more about what drives people to make a meaningful difference in the world.
2009 – 2020
TEDxPortofSpain
Keita co-founded and grew one of the most successful global TEDx events. Of the 18,000 TEDx events in the world, TEDxPortofSpain ranked in the Top 1%. In 2020, it was selected as one of 5 TEDx events to partner with TED on TEDWomen.

PhD in Workplace Learning at the University of Toronto
For his PhD, Keita argued that all innovation is social. Life is intensely social and to make change happen we need to change what we do and say daily. His thesis sought to understand how we create change by transforming the things people do and say within organizations.

B-Studio Project
Plagued by the question, why do we wait until adulthood to teach techniques on generating innovation? Keita gathered some friends and colleagues and together they developed a robust curriculum for teaching approaches to addressing complex problems which are now being applied in a variety of contexts.
2011 – 2015
The SIDELab
The SIDELab was a group Keita founded that consisted of educators, consultants, public servants, designers and artists who were interested in understanding the intersections of Systems Thinking, Integrative Thinking, Design Thinking and Evaluative Thinking. We meet biweekly to explore what we call SIDE Thinking.
2011 – 2015
Best Thesis of The Year Award:
In Rethinking Development Management and Organisational Change, Keita argued that development failures were attributable to failures in organizational change and management. He challenged the dominant discourse of organizational studies. His findings implied that current ways of understanding organizations need to be re-conceptualized to include a more complexity informed perspective.

The more we learn from others, the more likely we are to find our own journey a little bit easier. This is what drives me at The Covenant Group, where I design training programs and coach clients to meet their strategic goals and build their businesses.
We have coached tens of thousands of leaders, entrepreneurs, and organizations in how to develop new lines of business or overcome complex problems that stand in the way of success.
Building any new training or workshop starts with people first. This is what I love about what I do—drawing on my academic research on innovation and organizational change and translating it into tools, coaching, and consulting to help clients take immediate action and generate results.

One of my proudest achievements outside of work is the community I helped grow around TEDxPortofSpain, a local version of the popular TED ideas festival. As one of the most successful TEDx events in the world, I am proud that everyone involved knew they had a say in the vision. Lasting success comes from leading with people, not simply managing them.
